Tampa Bay Wash Co

Pressure washing for homes and businesses

Driveways, lanais, house washes, storefront sidewalks and dumpster pads, booked within the water rules in effect for Tampa Bay.

Water restrictions are in effect

The Southwest Florida Water Management District's Modified Phase III water shortage order covers Hillsborough, Pinellas and Pasco counties and runs through March 31, 2027. While it's in effect, pressure washing is allowed for:

  • Preparing a surface for painting or sealing
  • Necessary maintenance, such as keeping a warranty valid
  • Removing mold, mildew and other hazardous material that can't be removed another way
  • Construction work, like cleaning concrete before it's painted or sealed

Cleaning just for looks, including to meet HOA appearance rules, has to wait until the order lifts.

Water rule questions

Are you affected by the water restrictions?

Yes. The Southwest Florida Water Management District's Modified Phase III water shortage order covers Hillsborough, Pinellas and Pasco and runs through March 31, 2027. It limits pressure washing to work like paint or sealer prep and mold and mildew removal, so cleaning just for looks waits until the order lifts. We'll tell you up front what we can do for your property.

Can my HOA make me pressure wash my driveway right now?

The district's order says HOAs and similar groups can't require pressure washing while it's in effect, and cleaning only for appearance isn't allowed under the order.
