Privacy policy
Effective October 14, 2026.
This policy explains what Tampa Bay Wash Co. (“we”) collects through tampabaywashco.com and how we use it.
What we collect
- What you send us: your name, phone number, email, company, ZIP or city, details about your vehicles or property, notes, and the name of anyone who referred you.
- How you found us: campaign tags from links and QR codes, the page you first landed on, and the site that sent you, if any.
- Basic technical data our hosting provider records, such as IP address and browser type, used for security and to stop spam.
How we use it
- To answer your request, quote your job, and schedule and provide service.
- To keep records of quotes and service.
- To learn which cards, flyers, ads and pages bring in requests.
- To prevent spam and abuse.
Text messages
If you check the box on our form, we may text you about your request and your service. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Agreeing to texts isn't a condition of getting a quote or service. We don't share mobile numbers or text-message consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing.
Sharing
We don't sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the business, such as website hosting and the services that deliver form submissions to us, and only so they can do that work. We may also disclose information when the law requires it.
Analytics and cookies
We use Vercel Web Analytics to count visits and see which pages are used. It doesn't use cookies and doesn't track you across other sites. The quote form uses your browser's session storage to remember how you arrived during your visit.
How long we keep it
We keep quote requests and customer records as long as we need them to provide service and meet tax and legal requirements, then delete them.
Your choices
To see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, email J@TampaBayWashCo.com.
Children
This site isn't meant for children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update it here and change the effective date above.
